Each one distinct. Each one proud of it. Each one worth celebrating.
So we started making gin
Not one gin to represent all of them. That would rather miss the point.
One gin, one port, one story at a time. Because a place this particular deserves a drink that's just as specific.
Rye was always going to be the first
After 14 years of breathing in the ancient tales and being part of this creative community, it was obvious really. Rye deserved its own story - distilled. A liquid love letter of ancient timber, coastal breeze, and bursting hedgerows.
We chose London Dry for a reason. No artificial additives, no shortcuts - everything that goes in comes purely from natural botanicals. If you're making a gin about a place this specific, the ingredients had better mean it.
Working with a master distiller, we've handcrafted a small-batch gin with a dual passion: delicious spirits with real local provenance, and a deep appreciation for somewhere genuinely special.
